Job Description
One of our clients, a well-established, purpose-driven organization operating in the education, wellbeing, and transformational learning space , is looking to hire a Community Manager to own and grow their online communities.
This role focuses on building meaningful engagement, trust, and long-term relationships , especially with parent communities , through structured nurturing and thoughtful content.
- Create, manage, and scale online communities (primarily WhatsApp-based)
- Own community structures, onboarding messages, rules, and engagement plans
- Plan and execute a community nurturing calendar aligned with programs and campaigns
- Coordinate with content, design, and operations teams to ensure content readiness
- Drive daily engagement, respond to queries, and moderate discussions
- Capture community insights, sentiment, and feedback and share with internal teams
- Revive low-engagement communities and improve participation and retention
- 25 years of experience in community management, social engagement, or audience engagement roles
- Strong written communication and conversational skills
- High empathy and sensitivity, especially while engaging with parent audiences
- Excellent planning, coordination, and execution discipline
- Interest in education, wellbeing, or personal development is a strong plus
