Community Manager – Content & Social Media

About the Role:

We are looking for a multi-skilled, creative, and growth-driven professional who can own BBFTs digital presence end-to-end. This role combines content creation, social media leadership, podcast management, and monitoring performance marketing essentially becoming the front-facing digital voice of BBFT and taking the companys digital presence

on platforms from none to the #1.

What Youll Own (End-to-End)

1. Content & Thought Leadership

Write high-impact articles, founder narratives, F&B industry insights, and long-form stories.

Create scripts, captions, and multi-format content thats sharp, relatable, and scroll-stopping.

2. Social Media & Community Building

Build BBFTs LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google presence from scratch.

Drive posting, engagement, analytics, and growth.

Build a powerful community of founders, investors & young F&B enthusiasts.

3. Podcast & Short-Form Content

Fully own the BBFT Podcast: episode planning, guest coordination, shoot logistics, and editing oversight.

Create viral-ready Reels, Shorts, and clips from podcasts and brand shoots.

Maintain a strong content pipeline and consistent publishing cadence.

4. Brand Personality & Digital Identity

Shape BBFTs digital voice, design feel, and content aesthetic.

Be the person behind how BBFT shows up to the world.

5. Digital Ads & Growth

Monitor data, track performance, and analyse whats working.

Plan and optimise Meta + Google ads.

Run experiments to drive growth, visibility, and conversions.

What Youll Need

13 years of hands-on experience in content, social media, or community roles.

Strong understanding of platform mechanics & latest trends (IG, LinkedIn, YT, Shorts).

Excellent at creating short-form content (Reels, hooks, transitions, storyboarding).

Strong writing & storytelling skillsboth short and long form.

Basic knowledge of shooting & editing (mobile edits are completely fine).

Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads & digital analytics.

Organised, self-driven, and comfortable owning projects independently.

A creative eye for branding, design, and visual identity.
