Role Description

This full-time, on-site position as a Community Lead is based in Gurugram. The person will help plan and manage community-driven initiatives, supporting college fest curation, engaging with artists and brands, and fostering collaboration with student communities. Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing projects, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing creatively to ideas and campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in engaging diverse communities and cultivating impactful experiences.

Qualifications

• Skills in Community Engagement and strong Communication abilities to build and maintain meaningful relationships with diverse groups.
• Expertise or interest in Community Development and Economic Development to support impactful initiatives and campaigns.
• Project Management experience, including organizational and time-management skills to execute tasks efficiently.
• Passion for creativity, youth engagement, and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with event planning or coordination is a plus.
• completed bachelors/ Master's degree in relevant fields is preferred.
