Job Description

QS I-GAUGE is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team in a role that sits at the intersection ofcareer guidance, student engagement, and digital growth. This position is ideal for someone who understands students aspirations, parents concerns, and the higher education and job market landscape and can translate those insights into impactful outreach and content initiatives.


The role focuses onbuilding trust, visibility, and engagementamong students and parents through counselling-led interactions, strategic content creation, and close collaboration with marketing and agency partners.


At its core, this role supports initiatives that empower students and parents to confidently address education and career challenges, enabling informed decisions through structured guidance and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Career Engagement & Counselling

  • Engage directly with students and parents through webinars, workshops, interaction sessions, and counselling-led initiatives
  • Provide clear, empathetic guidance on career pathways, admissions processes, employability, and job market trends
  • Address student and parent queries with credibility, insight, and a student-first approach
  • Build QS I-GAUGE as a trusted voice in career-related conversations and outreach programs

Content Strategy

  • Work with internal teams and external agencies toconceptualise, guide, and developblogs, articles, and content assets
  • Provide subject-matter inputs, outlines, themes, and real-world student/parent insights to shape high-quality content
  • Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with student journeys
  • Contribute ideas for content series, campaigns, and long-form initiatives across the student decision-making lifecycle


Note: This role focuses on content direction, strategy, and enablement rather than hands-on writing.

Marketing, Growth & Website Engagement

  • Work closely with the marketing team todevelop and execute strategiesaimed at increasing student and parent traffic to the website
  • Support content distribution and optimisation across website, email, webinars, and digital platforms
  • Use audience insights to improve discoverability, engagement, and relevance of marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to strengthening brand visibility and credibility in career guidance

Engagement & Growth Initiatives

  • Drive higher participation in webinars, counselling sessions, and outreach events
  • Analyse engagement patterns to refine content topics, formats, and outreach approaches
  • Support initiatives focused on improving reach, interaction quality, and repeat engagement

Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in career counselling, admissions counselling, student engagement, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of education pathways, admissions processes, and job market trends
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with students and parents
  • Experience contributing to or supporting content development initiatives
  • Exposure to marketing, digital content, or brand-building activities
  • A student-first mindset with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience conducting webinars, workshops, or interactive counselling sessions
  • Exposure to content marketing, SEO, or audience engagement strategies
  • Background in education, edtech, counselling, or related domains
