Community Engagement Manager
QS I-GAUGE is building a high-impact vertical at the intersection of career guidance, student engagement, and digital growth. This mandate carries end-to-end ownership of shaping, launching, and scaling a nationally credible engagement model for students and parents navigating education and career decisions.
The role sits at the core of strategic growth, working directly with the leadership team to define vision, structure execution frameworks, and build a trusted advisory presence in the education ecosystem.
Role Mandate:
To establish QS I-GAUGE as a nationally trusted authority in career and education decision-making by integrating structured counselling-led engagement, strategic content direction, and measurable digital growth.
This role is accountable for designing scalable engagement systems, strengthening brand credibility, and translating student and parent insights into meaningful outreach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Career Engagement & Advisory Framework
- Design and institutionalise a structured engagement architecture for students and parents through webinars, workshops, advisory sessions, and outreach programs.
- Serve as a credible voice on career mobility, admissions pathways, higher education planning, and workforce readiness.
- Establish governance mechanisms for managing advisory interactions with defined quality standards and measurable outcomes.
- Convert market intelligence and student insights into structured engagement initiatives.
- Build long-term trust by positioning QS I-GAUGE as a thought partner in career and education conversations.
Content Direction & Thought Leadership
- Define the strategic content roadmap aligned to the student decision-making lifecycle.
- Guide internal teams and external agencies with clear briefs, thematic direction, and domain insights.
- Ensure alignment between published content and real student and parent queries.
- Shape long-form initiatives, knowledge series, research-led narratives, and campaign frameworks.
- Uphold quality, relevance, and credibility standards across content touchpoints.
Marketing Integration & Digital Growth
- Partner with marketing teams to drive measurable increases in student and parent engagement.
- Lead distribution and optimisation strategies across website, email, webinars, and digital channels.
- Institutionalise audience insights to improve discoverability, relevance, and engagement.
- Build strategic collaborations and digital visibility initiatives that strengthen brand authority.
Engagement Scalability & Performance
- Drive growth in participation across advisory programs and engagement platforms.
- Develop repeatable frameworks that enable sustained interaction and lifecycle engagement.
- Monitor engagement patterns and continuously refine topics, formats, and outreach strategies.
- Build systems that balance scale with interaction quality.
Experience & Expertise
- 8+ years of experience in career counselling, admissions advisory, student engagement, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of higher education ecosystems, admissions frameworks, and job market trends.
- Demonstrated credibility in engaging students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
- Experience guiding content strategy or contributing to structured knowledge initiatives.
- Exposure to marketing-led growth, digital engagement strategy, or brand-building efforts.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives with high ownership.
