The Role

This is a onsite role at the intersection of community building, content creation, and early-stage growth.

You will:

• Build and nurture local health-focused communities through regular engagement and small events
• Create authentic content across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn to share stories, learnings, and progress
• Actively engage with members online and offlinelistening, encouraging, and guiding
• Track basic engagement and growth metrics to understand whats working
• Help shape a repeatable community playbook as we expand to new cities

This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with people and believes meaningful growth comes from trust, not noise.

• Based in Aurangabad and open to on-ground interaction

Prior experience in content, events, or communities is a plusbut not required.
