Role Description
We are looking for compassionate and driven individuals to serve as our primary ambassadors
in the field. You will be the "face" of our mission, bridging the gap between our solutions and the
communities that need them most. This role is perfect for someone with a social work background who wants to combine their Social Work empathy for PwD and resilience with a flair for professional outreach, business development drive and relationship management. A core value of empathy and a resilience to work closely with persons with disabilities and physical limitations is essential.
Qualifications
- Degree: Social Work (BSW/MSW) or Public Health (MPH).
- Eligibility: Final-year MA Social Work candidates with immediate availability will also be considered.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and adapt to various community needs
- Experience in Sales to support outreach efforts and ensure the organization's growth objectives is desirable.
- Previous experience in advocacy or nonprofit work is an advantage
Compassionate Outreach: Navigate sensitive environments (Care homes, Neurodivergent centers, Wound clinics) to introduce our products to decision-makers and end-users.
Informed Advocacy: Use your knowledge of PwD rights and needs to educate
stakeholders on how our product enhances independence and well-being. Deliver
compelling presentations and live demonstrations to institutional heads, healthcare
professionals, caregivers and product users alike.
Empathetic Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to engage with comfort
and versatility to build rapport with everyone from parents of young children to the elderly, as well as dedicated caregivers and healthcare professionals.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners, ensuring their needs are met and our product is integrated effectively.
Stakeholder Trust: Build long-term, high-trust relationships with NGOs, school
administrators, and medical professionals.
Event Representation: Spearhead our presence at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and community workshops.
Reporting & Data Governance: Document field insights and user feedback, ensuring we remain a "community-first" organization. Utilize CRM processes and tools to document track lead conversion, and report on market trends and competitor activity.
Skills & Competencies
Demonstrated understanding of the Social Model of Disability and a deep commitment to DEIAB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging).
Proactive dedication to fostering an environment of Belonging for persons with disabilities and their support networks.
High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with a proven ability to build trust and demonstrate genuine empathy in sensitive care environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored for diverse stakeholders, from institutional heads to neurodivergent individuals.
Linguistic Versatility: Fluency in English and at least one other Indian language to ensure authentic and inclusive community engagement.
