Job Title: Communications Specialist - Human Resources

Location : Mumbai (onsite role)

About The Role

Leadership POV:

- Ideation, research, preparation of content for Articles/Blogs /Quotes/ POV's on behalf of leaders and organization across print & digital platforms

- Positioning and placing content in renowned platforms like SHRM, People Matters etc. with a view to build engaging stories that build employer brand.

- Speaker opportunities - Curate relevant opportunities, manage relationships and responses. Research on point of view for speaker opportunities & draft talking points

Social Media Campaigns:

- Content / taglines for posts on BCCL social handles

- Ideation + content + creatives for an always-on social media campaign

- Curate, push and manage content on the career page on our corporate website

Award pitches:

- Facilitating creating award pitch documents

- Helping identifies and pitch for renowned platforms

Employee Campaigns:

- Ideation

- Content + Creatives of communication and/or campaigns

HR Functional Communication:

- Communication Content & messaging

- Create and manage communication channels

BCCL on Campus:

- Curate content for campus

- Provide inputs for campus engagement through-out the year

Experience and Qualification:

• 3 - 4 years of experience in communication with zeal of creating social media strategy around internal & external communications.
• Content Creation: Ability to independently write engaging blogs and articles and capable of developing content strategies aligned with brand objectives and trends.
• Video Skills: Proficient in creating short-form video content (e.g., reels) for social media platforms.
• Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media channels, driving engagement, and growing audience reach.
