Global Department: Marketing & Communications

Reports To: Head of Marketing & Communications (Global)


Role Overview

FNZ is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to support internal and external communication activity across global markets.

The role requires excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and experience managing digital channels such as websites, CRM systems, email systems, Viva Engage and SharePoint.

Success depends on the ability to work collaboratively across a global business partnering effectively with colleagues across different regions, cultures, and time zones to ensure smooth and coordinated communication flow. Key Responsibilities

Develop clear, engaging written content for internal updates, colleague communications, and selected external channels.

Maintain and update FNZs intranet content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Group communications.

Support multi-channel communication delivery across email, intranet, web pages, CRM-driven updates, and digital platforms.

Use systems such as Mailchimp (or similar) to support structured email communications.

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across global teams, ensuring message consistency, clarity, and alignment across time zones.

Contribute to colleague-engagement initiatives, employer brand activity, and localization of global campaigns.

Demonstrate cultural awareness and work effectively with colleagues across different regions, business units, and functions.


Skills & Experience

Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.

Strong attention to detail and high standard of written English.

Experience managing digital channels such as websites, CRM systems, email systems, Viva Engage and SharePoint.

Basic design/layout skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with email campaign systems (e.g., Mailchimp).

Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Strong ability to collaborate within a global business, working effectively across different cultures and time zones.

5+ years experience in communications, marketing, or digital content roles, ideally within financial services or technology.
