What Youll Do

• Coach, mentor & enhance communication and soft skills of frontline employees.

• Conduct regular voice & accent training sessions for new hires and existing teams.

• Identify communication gaps through call audits and provide constructive feedback.

• Drive performance improvement through floor support and refresher sessions.

• Collaborate with Ops & Quality teams to improve customer experience delivery.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Voice Coach / V&A Trainer / Soft Skills Coach in BPO (International process preferred)

• Strong command over spoken English & excellent presentation skills

• Experience in call monitoring, feedback sessions & coaching methodology

• Willing to work from office (Gurgaon) in rotational shifts
