Job summary:

The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions for a Fortune 500 petroleum organization, ensuring smooth execution of the project. The role demands extensive travel, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, hands-on approach and strong teamwork are key to driving impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions for petrol pump attendees.

- Traveling with the bus for 30 days (subject to changes depending on the situation)

- Ensuring effective delivery of training content and adherence to the training schedule.

- Providing feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience.

- Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.

- Maintaining and protecting the companys property (training material and facility)

Eligibility criteria: 3-5 years experience preferred.

Skills and Requirements:

• Passionate and driven about delivering impactful on-field training
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Travelling is a must
• Problem-solving ability
• Team Player
