- Lead Induction Programs that set the tone for success.
- Drive Upskilling & Certification Initiatives regionally, empowering employees to stay ahead.
- Partner with Business Leaders to design tailored learning solutions that truly make a difference.
- Facilitate Engaging Learning Sessionsvirtual and livefocused on behavioral, managerial, and leadership development.
- Deliver Training Solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Own Demand Planning, Reporting, and MI for impactful learning deployment.
What Were Looking For
- Graduate/Masters degree with 1012 years of experience, including 68 years in L&D.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams.
