With a strong international presence, TTW works closely with tourism ministries, CXOs, destination authorities, and leading travel brands worldwide through digital media, events, and award shows.
Role Overview
The Communications lead will lead TTWs communication function, overseeing media relations, PR, sales communication, and stakeholder engagement across global markets. This role is critical in strengthening TTWs brand visibility, ensuring message consistency, and driving high-impact communication that supports editorial, commercial, and event-based objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise TTWs communication and marketing team across editorial, PR, and outreach functions.
- Manage daily communication workflows, task allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate and organize key internal and external meetings, including preparation of presentations and tracking outcomes.
- Plan, draft, review, and distribute communication materials such as press releases, announcements, pitches, proposals, and editorial briefs to enhance TTWs brand presence.
- Provide strong support for sales and partnership outreach , including sales pitches, proposals, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Oversee global media partnerships, PR relationships, and article/publication approvals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across TTWs digital platforms, newsletters, social media, and external publications.
- Track, review, and report communication team performance and progress against KPIs.
- Work closely with leadership during international events, award shows, conferences, and exhibitions organized or covered by TTW.
Skills & Requirements
- Masters degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration , or a related field.
- 47 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, or Media Communications, preferably within travel, hospitality, tourism, or B2B media .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
- Proven leadership ability with strong task delegation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, brand positioning, and global outreach.
- Familiarity with B2B communication, international media relations, and global partnerships is a strong advantage.
