Communication Design Professional

AffEx Healthcare is a health-tech startup on a mission to transform healthcare through affordable, high-impact innovation. We are part of the Anjani Mashelkar Foundation ecosystem, established by Padma Vibhushan Dr. R. A. Mashelkar.

We are looking for a Communication Design Professional to help shape and strengthen our brands visual identity. This role will work closely with marketing and product teams to create compelling visual content across digital platforms.

• Develop and execute visual communication strategies across digital channels
• Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and brand collateral
• Translate brand messaging into strong visual stories
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation
• Stay updated with design trends and contribute fresh creative ideas
  

• Degree in Communication Design or equivalent practical experience
• 13 years of experience in communication design, visual design, or a related field
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and execution skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  

• Experience in healthcare or startup environments
• Motion graphics or video editing skills
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
