This is an entry level position:

Experience in Soft Skills Training

Experience in Model United Nations (preferred)

The ability to deliver engaging sessions on communication, confidence, grooming, and public speaking

A dynamic approach to connect with students

A positive and structured training style

A collaborative approach and ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Skills in assessing training needs and creating training materials
• Effective evaluation techniques to assess effectiveness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide feedback
• Ability to meet timelines and submit deliverables

People with 1 year experience, however freshers may also apply
