Commissioning Manager

Associate Lead - CX Mechanical will coordinate and oversee the testing and commissioning activities for data centre projects. This role involves executing testing scripts/checklists, closely working with the team of engineers i.e. both internal & external stakehholders and CxA , and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Job Purpose: Associate Lead - CX Mechanical will coordinate and oversee the testing and commissioning activities for data centre projects. This role involves executing testing scripts/checklists, closely working with the team of engineers i.e. both internal & external stakehholders and CxA , and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements

Coordination:

Manage the testing and commissioning activities, ensuring they align with project requirements and industry standards.

Plan Development:

Implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to align schedules and activities.

Risk Management:

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential issues.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Documentation:

Document testing and commissioning results, and prepare detailed reports for project records.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with various teams to address challenges during the testing and commissioning phase.

Industry Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.

*Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience:

6-10 years of experiencen the commissioning domain and 3 to 4 years in Data Centres industry

Proven track record in testing and commissioning activities

Experience in coordinating and leading testing teams
