Job Description
Important Clarification on Role Nature
- Please note that this is a part-time role, with expected minimum working hours equals to 2 hours per slot.
- You are allowed to work in your existing job so consider this as an additional job.
Salary & Schedule
- Max. salary 27,000/month (if you choose to work for 6 slots everyday)
- Min. salary 4,500/month (if you choose to work for only 1 slot everyday)
- Flexible Shifts: Evening/Night (you choose when to work)
- No pay cut if you take days off as you earn 150 per slot you work
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and service all food items.
- Develop new culinary concepts and menu items.
- Maintain highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Good time management and reliability in booked shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a hotel kitchen will be an advantage.
- Practical experience in service operations culinary or F&B department.
- You have creativity and flair and demonstrate a high standard in food preparation.
- You have a team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of standardized menu execution
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance practices
- Exposure to basic inventory and stock control processes
