ROLE : Commercial Title Examiner US Title Insurance

LOCATION : Bengaluru (Hybrid Mode)

SHIFT : US Shift (8:30 PM - 6 AM)

We are hiring experienced Commercial Title Examiners to handle U.S. commercial real estate title search and examination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end commercial title search & examination (3060 year search).
• Review deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, CCRs, tax & UCC records.
• Identify title defects and underwriting risks.
• Prepare Title Commitments (Schedules A, B-I, B-II) and title reports.
• Work on multi-state commercial transactions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in US Commercial Title Examination.
• Strong knowledge of US county recording systems & underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with tools like ResWare, DataTrace, Netronline, etc.
• Ability to work in US shifts (EST/CST/PST).
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
