Position Details

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to join us from Mumbai, India. In this role, you will support and execute commercial activities, including inside sales, client research, and market analysis, helping to expand our client base across various logistics services. You will coordinate closely with commercial and operations teams to ensure rates, contracts, and commercial initiatives are executed efficiently and accurately. The role requires strong analytical, coordination, and commercial skills to identify opportunities, track performance metrics, and maintain compliance with internal policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support commercial sales activities, including inside sales and lead generation.
  • Identify and research potential clients; support outreach strategies to grow the business.
  • Analyze commercial data, performance metrics, and market insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal commercial policies.
  • Coordinate internally with commercial and operational teams to support ongoing projects.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Shipping, or a related field (strongly prefferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial, sales, or operational roles within logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development support.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and translate insights into commercial opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple commercial leads simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Marathi will be a plus.
