Role Description


Were looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial operations of all Nautika vessels.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, ensuring that each sailing runs efficiently and delivers a delightful experience to every passenger.


This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager, located in Port Blair. This role also involves team management, ensuring the smooth functioning of commercial activities, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.


What You'll Do


  • Oversee day-to-day commercial operations of all Nautika vessels.
  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory across ships and stations.
  • Coordinate between ship staff, office teams, and management for smooth operations.
  • Ensure timely vessel departures, efficient ticketing, and customer handling.
  • Lead and motivate teams across Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and grievance redressal promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor performance reports and contribute to operational improvements.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure seamless guest experience at every touchpoint.


Work Schedule


  • Reporting Time: 5:30 AM
  • Closing Time: 6:00 PM
  • (Candidates will be flexible as per vessel schedules.)


Location: Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands


Pre-Requisites


  • Experience: 35 years in maritime operations or hospitality management (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain operational discipline.
  • Problem-solving mindset with customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools preferred.
  • Able to handle multi-location teams and time-sensitive operations.


Compensation

Upto 7,00,000 CTC (based on experience and performance)
