Responsibilities

Notice Tagging/Loan Servicing:
Processing loan servicing transaction such as Repayment, Drawdowns, Interest Payments, Fees, Pik etc.
Review untagged loan notices received from agented banks and identify lender name, facility name, effective date, activity type.
Run team reports upon request.
Ensure Asset Administration meets all SLAs and goals on high volume days.
Past Dues/Exception Reporting:
Assist with daily Loan Operations, resolving breaks, past dues and exception reports.
Actively interact with agent bank to resolve payment issues.
Clear teams reporting exceptions prior to stated deadlines.
Escalate risk issues to management.
