We are seeking a skilled Commercial Leasing Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Commercial Leasing Executive will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing lease agreements for commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include tenant communication, property showings, market analysis, preparing lease documentation, and ensuring timely renewals or restructurings. The role also involves building strong client relationships to maximize occupancy and revenue.

• Expertise in Commercial Leasing, Property Management, and Tenant Relations
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Sales, and Market Research
• Proficiency in preparing and managing legal lease documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Jaipur or similar regions is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
