We are hiring for TOP MNC for Commercial Line Claims Lead, Marine Claims.

Note - Must have experience Commercial Claims, Property Claims, Claim Adjudication, Workmen compensation Claims, Marine Claims, Team Management, Performance Management, Stakeholder Management.

Can not be consider profiles from domain- No profiles from Healthcare, Motor Claims, Underwriting

Location - Bangalore.

Shift- 9.30AM to 7PM

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days

Experience and Salary

8- 12 Years | Salary: 15LPA 19.50LPA

Notice Period - Immediate - 30 Days max.

Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate

Skills Required

• 8 - 12 years of experience in Commercial Claims, Property Claims, Claim Adjudication, Workmen compensation Claims, Marine Claims, Team Management, Performance Management, Stakeholder Management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have strong people management skills.
• CSAT, Attrition Management, Shrinkage Management, Stakeholder & Client Management
