As a Commercial & Investment Banking(CIB) Vice President, you will be making significant impact across our business to improve how we interact with our clients in every way. The VP will join the CIB Risk organization, assisting with reporting and analytics process. The candidate will drive  core business processes, build new capabilities and provide business insights using analytics

Primary Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders throughout the organization to learn core business processes for delivering on high-priority data and analysis needs.
• Expertise in solving/developing AI/ML use cases
• Propose solutions involving creative analytical approaches and development best practices. 
• Design, execute, and maintain scalable data solutions (extraction / mining / modeling / visualization / reporting)
• Drive ideation, prioritization, and solution delivery as a lead data scientist
• Present data solutions, results of analysis, and meaningful insights to senior management and stakeholders
• Drive user adoption and expanded use of credit data products on AWS Redshift

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience, preferably in quantitative or AI/ML roles in financial/banking organizations
• Ability to deeply understand business problems and design custom data solutions. Strong ability to communicate solutions and results to senior stakeholders through effective data storytelling
• Experience managing and empowering diverse teams of data and analytical professionals
• Expertise applying data science solutions in problem solving; hands-on experience in programming languages like Python, R, SAS, SQL scripting; 
• Knowledge/experience on below tools is a big plus 
• Data tools, e.g., Alteryx
• Understanding of visualization software, e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau
• Cloud computing platforms, e.g., Amazon Web Services 
• Team player with a demonstrated work and controls ethic. Demonstrates a high level of accountability to drive results, a track record of fostering collaborative problem solving among team members and global partners, and empowering high-performance employees. 
• Advanced Quant / Statistics/ engineering background
