Job Title: Command Centre Lead - India
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Business & Team: CTO

As a Command Centre India Lead, you will lead with ownership and precision, focusing on Cross Platform Observability and Situation Management functions. This role is crucial in enhancing resiliency plans and managing business disruptions to minimize impact on customers.


Roles & responsibilities:

  • Lead the India Command Centre, ensuring regional teams have support and leadership. Represent the crisis management committees and forums.
  • Orchestrate incident resolution with minimal business impact. Act as the voice of the Global Command Centre during high-profile incidents and ensure continuous improvement from incident learnings.
  • Implement Systemic Monitoring across the enterprise for XPO, identify and address key issues before they impact our customers.
  • Develop India team and lead people development practices.
  • On demand, issue executive communication to senior stakeholders and operating committee members.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and performance standards aligned with regulatory and control standards.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture, enhance team member engagement, and mentor diverse talent.
  • Produce metrics and reporting strategies for stakeholder meetings and build relationships across teams and business lines.
  • Operate in a follow-the-sun model with Sydney team and ready to operate during weekends, whenever required

Essential skills:

  • At least 15 years of IT experience with knowledge in all areas of IT organization as required to drive faster resolution.
  • Strong leadership experience in incident management and remediation with a solid record of career growth.
  • Strategic thinker with strong technical skills, creative problem-solving, and diplomacy skills to influence cross-organizationally.
  • Excellent and effective communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
  • Must have an experience in Major Incident Management team.
  • Experience in working in Multinational bank will be preferred
  • Should have understanding in Monitoring and Observability tools


Education Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
