Job Description Specialist / SME Collection
Should be Graduate 3+years of experience in credit collection / B2B collection process.
Experience in Billing, collections dispute management, customer service
Retrieve Aging report of outstanding on a daily basis
Prepare customer SOA and send to customer
Follow up on payment. Subsequent follow up done via Calls / Email
Prepare Meeting Report & and send to Supervisors/AM for review.
Reconciliation of Account and escalate customer accounts with issues to Supervisor/ AM in a timely manner for quick resolution
Monthly/Weekly report preparation for collections related activities
Submitting invoices through portals for global customers.
Experience working with global BPO / KPO / Shared services
Optimize the cash collection from customers and ensure customers pay within the agreed payment terms.
Understanding order management, Preparing Cash Forecasting report based request.
Maintaining monthly report and Account Reconciliation.
Experience/knowledge in ERP of SAP oracle will added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably immediate joiner.
