About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Collection Head to lead our collections team. The role involves managing end-to-end loan recovery operations, ensuring timely repayments, and driving the performance of the collection team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the collection team to achieve monthly recovery targets.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Handle escalations and negotiate repayment plans with customers.
• Monitor overdue accounts and maintain detailed collection reports.
• Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for resolutions.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).
• 35 years of experience in loan recovery or collection management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Salary Range: 25,000 40,000 per month
