Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Collaborative Systems Consultant who is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital collaboration solutions that enhance workplace productivity and communication. This role works closely with business stakeholders to understand collaboration needs, assess current processes, and deliver effective solutions across collaboration platforms such as Adobe, Lucid Suite, Text Expander, Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, Zoom, or similar ecosystems. The consultant will provide expert guidance on best practices, perform configuration and integration work, support user adoption initiatives, and ensure that collaboration tools align with organizational goals.
Required skill and experience:
- 6-8+ years of experience implementing or supporting collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g., Adobe, Lucid Suite, Text Expander, Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, Zoom).
- Strong understanding of collaboration workflows, digital workplace concepts, and enterprise communication practices.
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and translating them into technical or configuration specifications.
- Hands-on experience with platform administration, configuration, and governance setup.
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (AD, Okta SSO, SailPoint IIQ, security groups, permissions models).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex end-to-end collaboration issues across applications, integrations, and devices.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance practices.
- Certifications in areas such as Google Workspace, Adobe or similar platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and learning opportunities.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Proven expertise and knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management processes and best practices.
- Software Asset Management (SAM): Must have hands-on experience and a strong working knowledge of Software Asset Management tools and methodologies. specifically the Zluri tool.
- Vendor and Communication Management: Demonstrated ability in vendor management, including relationship building, negotiation, and coordinating communications with external partners.
- Agile/Scrum Expertise: Hands-on experience working within the Agile/Scrum framework.
- API Testing and Tools: Practical experience with API testing, including hands-on proficiency with tools like Postman.
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in at least one scripting language, specifically Python or Google AppScript.
- SaaS Application Support: Experience providing operational and technical support for Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
- Automation Project Experience: Must have actively contributed to or led automation projects aimed at improving efficiency and scalability.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Client Engagement: Must be comfortable and effective working directly with US and UK-based customers/clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience
