Cognos TM1 Enterprise Planning Consultant
Hiring: Cognos TM1 Enterprise Planning Consultant

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 / 30 Days
Experience: 5 to 15 30Lacs.
Role: Cognos TM1 Enterprise Planning (IBM Planning Analytics)
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture for TM1 / Planning Analytics Server (PAS), PAW, PAfE
- Execute installations, upgrades, and migrations with minimal downtime
- Manage TM1 environments including configuration, security (CAM, SSO), backups, and monitoring
- Optimize cubes, rules, feeders, TI processes, and chore scheduling
- Oversee integrations via ODBC, JDBC, REST APIs, and file-based pipelines
- Collaborate with Finance & Operations teams to translate planning requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop technical documentation, deployment runbooks, and SOPs
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise with TM1 Server, PAW, PAfE, rules, feeders, TI processes, and chores
- Proven experience in TM1 installation, configuration, and upgrade cycles
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux servers, SSL, TLS, and security configurations
- Proficiency in SQL and enterprise data integrations
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning across models and infrastructure
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Cognos Analytics or Power BI
- Scripting knowledge: PowerShell / Python
- Version control tools like Git
- Experience with Planning Analytics on Cloud (PAoC)
