5+ years of experience with professional software product development, with 2+ years’ experience participating in scrum projects and domain/product experience
- Direct experience and responsibility for the documentation and ongoing elaboration of software requirements and specifications, including use cases, user stories, and detailed specifications
- Experience with multiple full project lifecycles, from concept to delivery
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse, geographically dispersed group including executives, managers and subject matter experts; Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees
- Strong teamwork, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization skills; creativity and objective-oriented focus
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
- Experience managing a backlog
- Experience writing vertical slice stories and robust acceptance criteria
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- PowerPoint and public speaking skills
- Advantage if has knowledge on US Healthcare industry
