Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience specializing in Quadient Inspire Interactive. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and preferably domain experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Quadient Inspire Interactive to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
- Implement best practices in coding and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design development testing and deployment.
- Ensure that all developed applications are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
- Document all development processes and ensure that documentation is up-to-date.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and suggest enhancements.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with Quadient Inspire Interactive.
- Should have a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Should have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance domain (nice to have).
- Must be proficient in coding languages relevant to Quadient Inspire.
- Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
