Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience specializing in OT Exstream. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Developer will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and impact society positively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using OT Exstream to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the software.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Document software designs coding practices and development processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Contribute to the development of data governance policies and practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Optimize software performance and scalability to meet the growing demands of the business.
  • Ensure that all software development activities align with the companys mission and values positively impacting society.

  • Possess a strong background in OT Exstream with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Have a good understanding of data governance principles and practices.
