Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in IBM Content Manager OnDemand and domain expertise in Cards and Payments. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of our content management systems ensuring efficient and secure handling of data.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using IBM Content Manager OnDemand to ensure efficient data management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.Provide technical expertise in the Cards and Payments domain to enhance system functionalities.Ensure the security and integrity of data within the content management system.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IBM Content Manager OnDemand.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and systems.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Optimize system performance and ensure scalability to handle increasing data volumes.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand.Must possess domain expertise in Cards and Payments.Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Should have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Must be proficient in software development methodologies and best practices.Should have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.Nice to have experience with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.Should have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.Must have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.Should have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Must be able to work in day shifts and adapt to a hybrid work model.
