Job Description
· 10-12 years of experience with deep knowledge and experience with multiple Agile frameworks
· Manage project's scope and timeline. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
· Should be able to coach team members in Agile frameworks
· Very strong communication skills
· Familiarity with all Agile practices, regulated environments and software development practices.
· Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
· Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
· Facilitate user design thinking sessions with product owner and developer
· Should be able to remove impediments and resolve conflicts and issues that occur
· Create and ensure staffing plans within development team
· Should be able to understand business
· Strong collaboration, coaching, facilitation and problem-solving skills
· Willing to work in night shifts (if required)
· Ability to work with multiple teams within client and cognizant network
Preferred Skills:
· Agile certifications (e.g. CSM/PSM, ICAgile, SAFe) desired when accompanying demonstration of an agile mindset and relevant examples of experience and skills to help enable teams
· Enterprise Business Agility strategic and systems thinking
Education:
· Bachelor of Engineering
· MBA (Desired)
