- 5-10 years engineering (full-stack, AI/ML experience)

- Based in Hyderabad or will relocate

- Founder mentality, not employee mindset

YOU'LL OWN:

- Fix critical bugs (phonetic search, SSOT enforcement)

- Migrate to multi-agent architecture

- Scale to 10K reports/day

- Build engineering team (hire 5 engineers)

- Co-lead Series A fundraising (June 2026: 12-15Cr target)

VISION:

6 months: 5L MRR, YC acceptance, Series A closed

3 years: 10Cr ARR, category leader

5 years: Exit (100-500Cr)
