Equity: Investment at current valuation

About Us


We are a diversified FMCG group with a strong distribution network across HoReCa, GT & MT in South India. The operational backbone is already in place warehouses, vehicles, sales relationships, and live customers.

Our next phase is brand-led scale.

We are looking to onboard a Partner / Co-Founder who can build brands that create demand, not just push products.


The Opportunity

This is not a marketing role.

This is a chance to:

  • Build and scale FMCG brands from an existing platform
  • Leverage a ready distribution network instead of starting from zero
  • Own brand P&L, strategy, and growth outcomes
  • Create long-term value, not campaigns
Role & Responsibilities

You will:

  • Define and build brand strategy (positioning, pricing, architecture)
  • Lead go-to-market across HoReCa, GT, MT and selective D2C
  • Drive demand creation, not just awareness
  • Work closely with manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain teams
  • Identify and scale hero SKUs with strong unit economics
  • Build and manage brand, marketing, and growth teams
  • Be accountable for revenue growth, margins, and repeat demand
What Were Looking For

You likely have:

  • 8+ years experience in brand building, FMCG marketing, or growth
  • Hands-on experience scaling brands (10100 Cr journey preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Indian GT / MT / HoReCa dynamics
  • Ability to balance brand ambition with operational realities
  • A builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity and execution
  • Existing industry reach (buyers, chefs, chains, modern trade, media, communities)
