Sportozen is a fast-growing sports management and community platform focused on creating premium sporting experiences across Northern India. With an active presence in Gurgaon, Delhi, Chandigarh, and Jaipur, we organize high-quality tournaments, corporate sports events, and build thriving communities of sports enthusiasts.

Our platform connects players to top-tier sports venues and curated sporting events across cricket, badminton, pickleball, and more. At the intersection of AI, sports, and community, Sportozen is building a scalable ecosystem that promotes active lifestyles, inclusivity, and workplace wellness.

We are looking for a Co-Founder to join us at an early stage and help shape the vision, strategy, and growth of Sportozen. This role is ideal for someone with a strong tech and/or marketing background, entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for sports.

As a Co-Founder, you will work closely with the founding team to scale operations, strengthen the brand, and build a category-defining SportsTech platform.

• Drive strategic planning and decision-making across the business
• Lead business development, partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives
• Own sales and marketing strategy, including brand positioning and go-to-market execution
• Build and engage strong sports communities and corporate clients
• Oversee tournaments, leagues, and event operations
• Leverage research, analytics, and data-driven insights to improve performance and scalability
• Collaborate on product vision, especially around AI and venue aggregation

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, growth, or technology leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero to one
• Experience in sports management, community building, or events is a big plus
• Passion for sports, fitness, and active lifestyles
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Technology, or a related field
