Co-Founder (Operations & Growth B2C Focus)

We are seeking a seasoned, execution-driven leader to join as a Co-Founder and build a high-impact, scalable B2C venture. This role demands strategic depth, operational excellence, and strong ownership mindset.

What Were Looking For

• 1216 years of progressive leadership experience, including 6+ years in high-growth startups as a core operator or early team member
• Deep expertise in Healthcare Operations, with strong understanding of P&L management, cost optimization, and business unit economics
• Proven track record in B2C startups (non-negotiable), with demonstrated ability to scale operations and drive sustainable growth
• Domain exposure across at least two of the following sectors: Healthcare, Real Estate, Financial Services, or Travel
• Strong customer advocacy mindset with hands-on experience in operations and/or finance
• Demonstrated leadership capability ability to build teams, influence stakeholders, and create high-trust environments
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and second-order reasoning ability
• Decisive, execution-oriented, and outcome-driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic background from a top-tier institution (IIT, NIT, IIM, or other reputed institutes)
• Fundraising experience and investor engagement exposure
• Prior NRI experience (strong plus)
• Willingness to invest capital in the venture (strong plus)
