Role Overview

• This is a broad leadership role.
• There is no fixed department or predefined mandate. The scope will depend on your strengths and what the business requires at this stage.
• You will work directly with the Founder and take ownership across key areas of the company whether that includes operations, supply chain, growth, retail expansion, finance, systems, team building, or overall business scale.
• The goal is simple: build a stronger, more disciplined, and more scalable company.
• The role will evolve as the business evolves.

Key Areas You May Work On

Depending on your background and strengths:

• Strengthening production and supply chain systems
• Improving margins, unit economics, and working capital cycles
• Building scalable SOPs and internal processes
• Driving accountability and performance discipline across teams
• Expanding retail or offline presence
• Structuring finance, reporting, and planning systems
• Supporting fundraising or strategic partnerships
• Building leadership depth within the organization

This role requires hands-on involvement and decision-making responsibility.

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of experience building, leading, or scaling businesses
• Strong execution track record
• Clear understanding of P&L, margins, and cash flow
• Experience leading teams
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setup
• Experience in consumer or D2C businesses is a plus
• Entrepreneurial experience (founder or early-stage leadership) is strongly preferred.

Compensation Structure to be mutually decided

• Equity participation on the table
• Profit-sharing
• Fixed compensation aligned with experience
• The structure will prioritize long-term alignment and value creation.
