Our mission is to make the creative industry more accessible and connected in India, helping artists and designers build meaningful careers.

We are looking for a Co-Founder level partner who can help shape the strategy, scale the platform, and expand KalaKonnect within the AVGC-XR ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build the infrastructure for India's creative economy.

You could be

• A CXO / senior operator in startups or media companies
• Someone from the AVGC-XR industry (gaming, VFX, animation, XR)
• A strategist or growth operator who has scaled communities or platforms
• An angel investor passionate about the creator economy

What you'll do

• Shape business strategy and growth roadmap
• Support fundraising and investor relations
• Build industry partnerships with studios, companies, and institutions
• Expand KalaKonnect across Indias AVGC-XR ecosystem
• Help drive product direction and monetization
