- Understanding of colocation, enterprise, and hyperscale operating models.
- Proven experience with AI, HPC, and high-density data center environments.
- Define overall data center architecture including capacity targets, redundancy models, and high-density/AI readiness.
- Design end-to-end electrical and cooling systems covering UPS, generators, PDUs, CRAC/CRAH, chillers, and containment.
- Develop detailed white-space layouts with optimized rack density, airflow management, and thermal zoning.
- Create structured cabling and pathway designs including backbone, MMRs, cross-connects, and carrier integration.
- Ensure compliance with global standards such as TIA-942, Uptime Tier, and relevant safety and regulatory codes.
- Integrate DCIM, BMS, digital twin, and CFD analysis into the design for monitoring and optimization.
- Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to validate designs, equipment selections, and performance assumptions.
- Support build, testing, commissioning, and ORAT activities to ensure design intent is achieved in execution.
- Embed lifecycle, maintainability, and energy efficiency considerations into all design deliverables.
