Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Coding & Cataloguing Specialist to manage material classification, coding standards, and master data governance within the Supply Chain function. The role ensures accurate product and material coding aligned with UNSPSC standards, supporting procurement, inventory management, and data consistency across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized coding and cataloguing frameworks aligned with UNSPSC standards.
• Manage material master data, including creation, updates, and governance in ERP systems.
• Perform data audits and cleansing to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplicates.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, Engineering, Finance, and IT teams to ensure consistent coding practices.
• Support ERP configuration and system integration related to cataloguing structures.
• Generate reports on data quality, coding compliance, and catalogue coverage.
• Provide training and documentation on coding standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in master data management, cataloguing, or supply chain data governance.
• Strong knowledge of UNSPSC coding standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
