About the Role

The Chief HR Officer is expected to play a very important role in managing various aspects of its human resources and talent pipeline. Lead a future ready people strategy in an innovation driven academic eco-system.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR transformation leveraging AI-enabled talent analytics.
• Implement HR automation and digital performance management.
• Utilize workforce analytics and e-learning platforms.
• Champion a culture of agility, inclusion, research excellence, and digital-first governance.
• Align with emerging technologies such as AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, Computing, and Industry 4.0.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduates with MBA from a reputed institution.
• Work experience in FMCG/Industrial sector.
• Age group of 45-50 years.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Expertise in HR transformation and analytics.
• Ability to drive cultural change and innovation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital performance management.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and hybrid work models.
