Sportball is a 30-year internationally trusted, research-backed multi-sport program operating across Canada, USA, and Singapore now launching in India.

We work with children aged 16 months to 12 years, building physical literacy, coordination, confidence, and social skills through structured exposure to 10 different sports in a fully indoor, air-conditioned, AQI-controlled premium facility.

We are hiring full-time Coaches to join our founding Gurgaon team.

Role Overview

As a Sportball Coach, you will:

• Deliver structured multi-sport sessions following Sportballs international curriculum
• Create a positive, energetic, and safe learning environment for children
• Build confidence, coordination, and foundational movement skills
• Maintain discipline and engagement during sessions
• Communicate professionally with parents when required
• Support birthday events and special programming when scheduled

This is not a competitive sports academy role.

Sportball focuses on early childhood physical development through structured sport.

Training & Development

All coaches will receive training in the Sportball curriculum and methodology.

Coaches are expected to:

• Learn and deliver sessions according to the curriculum
• Maintain coaching standards set by Sportball
• Continuously develop their teaching and engagement skills

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong spoken English communication skills (all sessions are conducted in English)
• Genuine passion for working with children
• High energy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Discipline, punctuality, and professionalism
• Willingness to follow structured curriculum and coaching methodology
• Ability to work 6 days a week (11:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed), Sports Science, Kinesiology, or Physiotherapy
• Experience as a PE teacher, youth sports coach, or activity instructor
• Experience working with young children (under 8 years old)
• Background in child development or early years education
• Paediatric physiotherapy exposure
