Role: CNF Enablement Engineer

Overview

• We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team, which is dedicated to enabling and supporting the deployment of applications as Cloud-Native Functions (CNF). The ideal candidate will help bridge the gap between application development and cloud-native deployment, ensuring that products are operationally ready, compliant, and efficiently deployable in modern containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to support the transition of applications to CNF-compliant deployments.
• Analyze deployment requirements and identify gaps or incompatibilities with target environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, templates, and tools to streamline deployment, configuration, and operational processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to container orchestration, networking, storage, and security in CNF environments.
• Document deployment processes, best practices, and operational guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to unblock engineering, QA, and field teams during deployment and operational phases.
• Participate in gap analysis and enablement activities to ensure compliance with customer and platform requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and adoption of new methodologies.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members on CNF deployment practices and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration platforms.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native deployment principles and operational challenges.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation for deployment and configuration tasks.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues in distributed, containerized environments.
• Familiarity with networking, storage, and security concepts relevant to CNF deployments.
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience supporting engineering and field teams in high-priority, time-sensitive situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in telecom, large-scale enterprise, or regulated environments.
• Exposure to compliance-driven deployment and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving requirements and technologies.

Work Experience: 6+ years

Educational Qualification:

BE. / B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech. or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / MCA
