CNC programmer and Set-up for 5 axis Milling and Citizen A 20 (Sliding Head Type)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Programmer and Set-up specialist for 5-axis Milling and Citizen A20 operations, located in Belgaum. The responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings to program and operate CNC machines, setting up and running 5-axis milling machines, and ensuring precision machining activities. The role also involves monitoring machining processes to meet quality standards and performing troubleshooting when needed.

• Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for efficient and precise manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of Technical Drawing and Machining methods for accurate setup and operation
• Expertise in Milling and managing 5-axis machines for advanced manufacturing tasks
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail for quality assurance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment
• Experience in Aerospace, Medical Device, or General Engineering industries is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in CNC machining and programming are beneficial
