Role Description

MEW is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Grinding Machine Operator with hands-on expertise in HSS Circular Saw Grinding Machines. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in precision grinding of HSS circular saw blades and a strong understanding of industrial cutting tool manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC grinding machines for HSS Circular Saw Blades
• Set up, adjust, and calibrate grinding parameters for precision accuracy
• Interpret technical drawings and production specifications
• Monitor machine performance and ensure dimensional accuracy
• Conduct in-process inspection and quality checks
• Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet delivery time

Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years of experience operating CNC grinding machines
• Mandatory experience on HSS Circular Saw Grinding Machines
• Strong understanding of tolerances, surface finish, and cutting geometry
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Knowledge of tool room practices and grinding wheel selection
• Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused
