Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST or 3:00 PM 12:00 AM IST)

About the Role

We are hiring Interns for our US Pod who will work closely with cross-functional teams across content, product, and operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are articulate, growth-driven, and keen to build a long-term career in project management within a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong performers in this role will have the opportunity to be absorbed as Junior BOPMs based on performance.

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Qualities

• Excellent communication skills fluent in English, articulate about career goals, and able to hold structured conversations confidently
• Demonstrated growth mindset ability to share initiatives taken in previous internships/roles
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and tech-inclined with a strong willingness to learn
• Mumbai-based or willing to relocate
• Comfortable working in US shift hours

Good-to-Have

• Prior internship experience with exposure to professional workplace etiquette
• Basic familiarity with CMS platforms
• Previous exposure to product or tech-driven companies
• Clear interest in pursuing a long-term Project Management career at Pepper
