Content & Storytelling

• Own Defyns content narrative across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & website
• Translate brain science into aspirational, intelligent, high-performance content
• Write, edit, shoot, ideate whatever it takes to make the message land
• Shape thought leadership, not just posts

Analytics & Insight

• Track what truly matters: attention, retention, curiosity, conversion
• Read analytics like behavioural data, not vanity metrics
• Constantly refine content, funnels and messaging using real insights

Branding & Ideation

• Build Defyn as a category-defining brand , not a service
• Own brand voice, tonality, philosophy and visual direction
• Ensure every touchpoint feels intentional, premium and intelligent

Coordination & Ownership

• Work closely with founders, creators, designers, agencies and internal teams
• Keep ideas moving from brain execution
• Take full ownership no thats not my job mindset

• Support lead journeys, messaging, and conversions
• Help refine sales conversations, decks and positioning
• Understand what makes people say yes and why
