Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday OR Wednesday to Sunday) Flexibility Required

AIG Healthcare is expanding its US Accounting and RCM Finance team. We are looking for CMA-qualified professionals who are interested in building a long-term career in US Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Healthcare RCM Finance.

Who Can Apply

• CMA (India) completed or pursuing, with strong accounting fundamentals
• Interested in US Accounting and Healthcare Finance
• Comfortable with 2 PM 11 PM shift
• Willing to work 5 days a week with flexibility in weekly offs
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and learning mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Support US Accounting team in month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting
• Work on US-based clients and healthcare accounting processes
• Maintain books, journals, ledgers, AR/AP entries, and financial accuracy
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP-based workflows (training will be provided)
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related tasks
• Participate in ongoing training for skill enhancement
